1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Releasor hereby grants to TVO USA (TXVet Outfitters), its successors, assigns, licensees, partners, and representatives, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, film, capture, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the Releasor’s:

• Image and likeness

• Voice

• Name (first name only unless otherwise approved)

• Statements and testimonials

(collectively, the “Media”) in any format or medium, whether now known or later developed.

 

 

2. PERMITTED USES

The Media may be used in perpetuity for lawful purposes including, but not limited to:

• Social media platforms

• Websites and digital publications

• Printed materials (brochures, flyers, banners, signage)

• Promotional, marketing, fundraising, and educational materials

• News, public relations, and documentary content

 

The Releasor understands that the Media may be used without further notification or approval.

 

 

3. NO COMPENSATION

The Releasor acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that no monetary compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of the Media.

 

 

4. OWNERSHIP

All Media shall be the sole property of TVO USA (TXVet Outfitters). The Releasor waives any right to inspect or approve the finished Media or any written copy that may be used in connection therewith.

 

 

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the Releasor hereby releases, waives, and discharges TVO USA (TXVet Outfitters), its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, landowners, partners, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity.

 

 

6. NO OBLIGATION TO USE

The Organization has no obligation to use any Media captured and may discontinue use at any time at its sole discretion.

 

 

7. MINORS

If the Releasor is under the age of eighteen (18), this Agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. The undersigned parent or guardian consents to the minor’s participation and grants all rights described herein on behalf of the minor.

 

 

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

 

 

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE

By signing below, the Releasor acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
